February Tag for Tim Holtz 12 tags of 2013

Hi Scrappy pals! So far so good with my goals. Everything seems to be working out so far. I am staying current with my Project Life 2013album.  The year in review 2012 mini album I started I am starting February. I am continuing on with the Tim Holtz tags of 2013. I am so happy that I won a prize for the tag I made for January challenge. I already completed my February tag and I want to share it with you. It's so fun playing along and learning new techniques. Since it's the hub's and my 20th year marriage anniversary on February 12th so I figured I would work something along those lines. We have been together for 23 years in July. Being married that many years nowadays isn't  the norm and I feel so lucky.
